Birth Doula
As your postpartum doula, I provide nurturing support in the early weeks after birth—offering guidance, rest, and reassurance as you recover and adjust to life with your newborn.
Postpartum Doula
You can also add overnight postpartum care, a la carte birth planning consultations, Childbirth education, breastfeeding education and consultations, and nourishing postpartum rituals. Each offering is designed to bring comfort, balance, and restoration to your body and spirit.

Doulas are non-medical professionals who support pregnant people and their families before, during, and after childbirth. They can help with physical, emotional, and informational needs; they can also assist with family and care needs as desired.
To remain HIPAA compliant, we utilize the Doulado Client Portal.

Loss and Bereavement
This service includes emotional support, practical guidance, memorial planning assistance, resources for grief and healing, and a steady presence for you and your family. You are not alone. I will walk with you, hold space for your sorrow, and help you honor your baby or partner with tenderness and dignity.
Virtual
Support includes video or phone consultations, birth planning sessions, continuous text support during labor, and postpartum check-ins. Whether you're birthing at home, in a hospital, or a birth center, you’ll have a steady, reassuring presence by your side—virtually.
C-Section
This service includes birth planning specific to surgical birth, emotional preparation, partner support, guidance for a gentle or family-centered cesarean (when possible), and postpartum recovery care. I’ll walk with you through every step—honoring your birth and helping you heal with confidence and peace.
